New Product Guide for Planet Partitioning
Planet Partitioning has a vision: to be recognised by the UK construction industry as the leader in creative interior glass partitioning systems. With end-clients including the European Space Agency, Oxford University, Ikea, Ferrari, Barclays and Network Rail, they are closing in quickly on their goal.
Choosing Calico for our design experience and close proximity, we worked with Managing Director, Darran Hawkins, and his team to consolidate several brochures into a single 100-page Product Guide.
We developed a flowing, intuitive information structure for combining several large product ranges, with many options, into a coherent whole. Product images, technical drawings and technical data tables were consolidated into a crisp, minimalist design which showed off the brilliance of Planet Partitioning’s photography and beautiful interior installations – miles of glass, sailing past.
During the process we also designed a new set of modern product range icons and gave the Planet Partitioning logo a subtle refresh.
On the front cover we used a spot UV process to highlight the logo and used perfect binding to create a flat spine.
